Texas, destiny is calling. A lifelong Texan born on March 2—Texas Independence Day—is running to restore our bold, free spirit. Low primary turnout means a dedicated grassroots army can change everything.

 

I’m running to put Texas first — protecting our land, our borders, our jobs, our families, and our God-given right to self-defense from foreign influence, cartel cash, and Washington overreach.

 

For too long, hostile foreign governments have bought Texas farmland, flooded billions into our universities, and hired secret lobbyists to write our laws — all while the federal government looks the other way.

 

I will lead the fight to:

• Pass the Texas Sovereignty & Influence Shield Act — forcing every foreign agent to register before they touch our Capitol and banning hostile nations from owning Texas soil or critical infrastructure. 

​​

• Legalize and regulate cannabis the Texas way with the Cultivate Texas Act — creating thousands of jobs, generating billions in revenue, slashing property taxes 50% in my first term, and keeping the money here instead of with the cartels. 

​​

• Unleash the Texas Freedom Act — coastal destination resorts, sports betting, raw milk, home-built homes, Tesla direct sales — to finish killing property taxes forever. 

​​

• Pass the Texas Sound Money Protection Account Act — shield that tax relief from federal inflation by using Freedom Fund revenue to buy physical gold and silver stored in the Texas Bullion Depository (with a tiny safe 1% Bitcoin test). Every dollar stays for Texans only. 

​​

• Pass the Texas Gold Standard Banking Freedom Act — give Texas families real choice with voluntary gold- and silver-backed deposit accounts fully collateralized by metal in the Texas Bullion Depository. 

​​

• Texas Sovereignty Defense Act — secure our border and back our law enforcement without apology.

 

• True School Freedom Act — no zip code traps, no income caps, no red tape — your money follows your kid. 

​​

• Texas Second Amendment Sovereignty & Family Protection Act (“2A on Steroids”) — supercharge the Second Amendment so every law-abiding Texan can protect their family anywhere, anytime. Lower the constitutional carry age to 18, strengthen stand-your-ground with full civil immunity, harden soft targets like schools and churches, end secret gun-free zones, protect veterans under the Cultivate Texas Act, and push back hard on federal infringements. Arm the good guys. Tough on criminals. No apologies. No excuses.
