The Texas Sovereignty & Influence Shield Act will shield Texas from federal policies that undermine our security, such as sanctuary city mandates.

 

Eliminating Property Taxes — ZERO by 2038 (or Sooner)
Property taxes are a burdensome theft on hardworking Texans. My Freedom Fund, fueled by the Cultivate Texas Act and Texas Freedom Act, will cut property taxes by 50% in my first term and phase them out completely by 2038. We will replace them with sustainable revenue from cannabis and limited Texas-owned coastal resorts and casinos — all while preserving family values and local control. Energy and Water Scarcity
Texas is the energy capital of the world, yet we face growing demands, scarcity risks, and an unreliable grid. As Governor, I'll deliver reforms through freedom—not mandates—to ensure our grid is reliable, affordable, and blackout-proof.

 

I'll prioritize energy independence and baseload power by expanding reliable sources like natural gas, oil, and nuclear—while firmly opposing green mandates—and invest in grid resilience to prevent blackouts.

 

Texas' water scarcity, aging infrastructure, and long-term supply must be addressed responsibly. We'll implement innovative conservation strategies, including desalination plants along the coast, rainwater harvesting incentives, and infrastructure upgrades to combat droughts.

 

To enhance water storage resilience, we'll invest in expanding existing reservoirs, constructing new underground storage facilities, and modernizing dams to capture and store more rainwater during wet periods, ensuring reliable supplies during dry spells and reducing flood risks.

 

To address the high water demands of emerging industries, I'll require AI data centers to invest in their own sustainable water solutions or partner with atmospheric water generator companies to extract moisture from the air, ensuring they don't strain public resources.

 

Additionally, AI data centers and other high-energy users will pay their fair share of electricity infrastructure costs directly, preventing cost-shifting to everyday consumers. I'll freeze any rate hikes until full audits prove no waste or inefficiency in the system.

 

We'll prioritize existing rights-of-way for new energy and water infrastructure projects to minimize unnecessary takings of private land, mandating that utilities explore and prove why upgrades to current corridors aren't feasible first. Genuine landowner input will be demanded through mandatory public hearings in affected areas, ensuring transparency and real community involvement in planning—no backroom deals.

 

Grid resilience and these initiatives will be funded through the Freedom Fund (responsible revenue from Cultivate Texas Act cannabis legalization and Texas Freedom Act coastal resorts), redirecting revenues from responsible new industries to build a robust, blackout-proof system without raising taxes on everyday Texans.

The H-1B program has been abused to displace American workers and suppress wages. Under the Texas Sovereignty & Influence Shield Act and Sovereignty Defense Act, we will prioritize Texas workers, audit companies that misuse the system, impose state penalties (including loss of contracts), and ensure skilled immigration benefits Texans first — not cheap labor that undermines our economy.

 

Giving Texas Back to the People
Government has grown too big and distant from the people it serves. I'll shrink bureaucracy, cut red tape, and return power to Texans through initiatives like citizen referendums on major issues and transparent budgeting. By ending cronyism and no-bid contracts, we'll ensure taxpayer dollars work for you, not special interests. Trust in our elections is paramount. I'll strengthen voter ID laws, ban ballot harvesting, and implement paper ballots with audits to prevent fraud. We'll clean voter rolls, secure mail-in voting, and increase transparency with real-time monitoring. Texas must lead in fair, secure elections to protect democracy and ensure every legal vote counts.

 

Protecting Texas Kids from Predators – No Mercy, No Revolving Doors
Texas kids are under siege from predators — and too many DAs are letting them off easy. Dropping or gutting sexual charges against minors? Sweetheart pleas for child abusers? Releasing repeat offenders on weak bonds? That's not “reform” — it's betrayal. Families are furious, victims are ignored, and predators keep hunting.

 

I've seen it up close. This hits home for my family too. Enough!

 

Any grown-ass adult who rapes a child deserves the DEATH PENALTY. Period. These monsters destroy innocent kids forever — no second chances, no mercy, no weak life sentences.

 

As your next Governor, I will fight like hell to protect our children with ironclad enforcement and zero tolerance for child predators. No more soft-on-crime excuses. No more backlogs. No more politics shielding monsters.

 

My plan includes:

• Death penalty for child rape — I will push legislation to make child rape and sodomy capital crimes in Texas, building on the momentum from Alabama’s Child Predator Death Penalty Act (signed Feb 2026), Florida’s efforts since 2023, and similar laws passed in Tennessee, Idaho, Oklahoma, and Arkansas in 2024–2025. Texas must lead the fight to overturn the outdated 2008 SCOTUS ruling and protect our kids with the ultimate punishment for the worst offenders.

• DA accountability on steroids — Faster removal for prosecutors who systematically fail kids. Allow state override to prosecute when local DAs go soft.

• State muscle — Create a mechanism for Texas to take over weak or stalled child sex abuse cases. No politics, no excuses, no backlogs.

As your next Governor, I will champion the Reclaim 1836 Texas Icons Initiative — world-class landmarks celebrating our heritage and future. These will be funded 100% privately through philanthropy, corporate sponsors, and voluntary partnerships — including a real retired Starship prototype or booster donated by Elon Musk and SpaceX. No new taxes. No burden on Texas taxpayers. No new bureaucracy. Just free Texans investing in Texas pride. 

 

We will display a genuine Starship rocket near the Queen Isabella Memorial Bridge on South Padre Island/Port Isabel – a jaw-dropping, authentic icon in the heart of Texas launch country that honors our role as America’s gateway to Mars and draws massive tourism and inspiration.

 

In Austin, our state capital, we will build a “Herd of Heroes” — enormous perforated stainless-steel longhorn heads or full figures (Kelpies-scale) that emerge dramatically from the Colorado River like Scotland’s iconic Kelpies. Positioned near a major bridge such as the Pennybacker (360) Bridge or Lamar Boulevard area, these will rise powerfully from the water and landscape, representing the grit and independence of 1836. Funded entirely by private ranching families and philanthropists.

 

These two icons will create jobs and economic activity through private enterprise while embodying Reclaim 1836 in action: Cultivating a Stronger, Freer Texas through pride, innovation, and voluntary investment — not government mandates or spending. Texas First, always.

I am proudly pro-life and will continue protecting the unborn while expanding support for mothers, adoption, and crisis pregnancy centers. Life is sacred, and our policies must reflect Texas values.

 

Term Limits
Career politicians have failed us. I support term limits for governor, legislators, and judges to bring fresh ideas and prevent entrenchment.

 

DOGE AI Audits
Inspired by the federal Department of Government Efficiency, I will implement AI-driven audits across every state agency to root out waste, fraud, and inefficiency. Savings will flow directly into the Freedom Fund to accelerate property tax elimination.

These massive 765kV high-voltage transmission lines—pushed by HB5066 (2023)—threaten to carve through family ranches, clearcut flood-prone Hill Country land, wreck habitat along our last pristine rivers, and kill the natural tourism economy that keeps rural Texas alive: hunting, paddling, outdoor recreation.

 

Reliable power matters for Texas growth. But not like this.

 

These projects overuse eminent domain to seize land from hardworking families and ranchers, mostly to benefit billion-dollar data centers, crypto farms, and big industrial users—while sticking everyday ratepayers with the bill. Tech gets outdated fast. The damage to our land, heritage, and communities lasts forever.

 

This violates the spirit of putting Texas families first—not corporate cronies or out-of-state money.

 

As Governor, I will fight for you—no excuses, no delays:

 

On Day 1, I'll issue an executive order freezing new eminent domain actions on all 765kV transmission projects and oil pipeline projects until full, independent landowner reviews and genuine public input are completed. No more rushed takings while decisions hang in the balance.

 

Demand real transparency and genuine landowner input in every plan—no more backroom deals. I'll require mandatory public hearings in affected counties before any filing, with full disclosure of route options and who really benefits.

These radicals openly discuss demographic conquest—using higher birth rates and procreation as a long-term plan to outnumber, outvote, and replace native Texans. We will not let them weaponize our freedoms against us!
